Our beef is aged between 10-15 days to assure that it will be fresh, tender, and juicy and have the robust flavor we want our customers to enjoy.

We only offer beef that is of top quality. Our cattle are beef shorthorn, one of the oldest breeds in existence today. The Shorthorn breed has been involved in Cycle IV of the Germ Plasm Evaluation (GPE) Program at the USDA meat and Animal Research Center (MARC) at Clay Center, Nebraska. The preformance of the breed has astounded cattlemen throughtout the US and around the World. This breed has been the highest ranking beef breed ever tested at MARC for the ability to produce USDA Choice quality grade carcasses at 14 to 15 months of age and do it consistently. The shorthorn sired progeny have produced 88% choice compared to the next highest beef breed of 75%. For years, Shorthorn Cattle have occupied the top spot of all the beef breeds in marbling and grade ablility.
Our beef are raised humanely in an open enviroment giving them room to exercise and get plenty of fresh air, and finished on wholesome grain and hay, along with the necessary vitamins and minerals. We have found this adds to the wonderful flavor and the tenderness of our natural beef.
