We believe that the grain tremendously improves the tenderness and flavor of our beef. Nebraska’s Finest All Natural Buffalo are federally inspected. All of our steaks are vacuumed sealed in Cryvack. No preservatives are used. When processed, our buffalo meat is aged between 10 and 15 days and then it is flash frozen to keep the meat fresh.
